I was trying to install Oracle 11gR2 64 bit on my windows 2003 server and encountered the below error message.
Exception Name: FileNotFoundException
Exception String: File not found D:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\owb\external\oc4j_applications\applications\WFMLRSVCApp.ear
Solution: The problem was i did not merge the two files into the same directory.This point was clearly mentioned in the download note as highlighted below. Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.1.0) for Microsoft Windows (x64) | ||

Later i canceled the installation and uninstalled it.Merged the two 11gR2 file files into the same directory and started the installed. The installation completed without any niches and i started to work on this new database. :-)
